Iberia Capital focuses on value-added opportunities, primarily in real estate developments and, where possible, opportunistic transactions in both debt and asset (non-performing and/or distressed). Our most profitable businesses have always been those that combine both schemes, where strategic thinking must be combined with operational solutions.

Our priority always includes managing “hands-on” any assets throughout the full investment cycle, from acquisition to disposal, in order to ensure maximized returns.

We are professionals with proven and extensive international experience. The ample capacity of the team, involving individuals exceeding thirty years of real estate practice, covers all commercial and non-commercial real estate asset classes, from both the investment and development perspectives. In fact, our entire team has previously been part of each of the companies that interact with investment managers (real estate funds and private equity structures, construction companies, project management companies, real estate consultancy and brokerage, financial information, etc.), and it is this accumulated experience of several decades that allows us at Iberia Capital to have complete internal control over any investment procedure.

We specialise in real estate acquisitions and sales, asset management, development management, debt finance, and capital markets, with a current emphasis on residential, accommodation and logistics in the Iberian markets.

Born with the digital transformation, we adopted it in our daily work to help to achieve the highest levels of transparency, efficiency, and autonomy. However, innovating doesn´t stop us from working in a conventional manner, where the driver is our broad experience, supported by the valuable and vast data that new technologies bring to every business decision.

An important part of this traditional approach is prioritizing long-term relationships with all parties, and keeping interests aligned with equity partners until the end of the investment period and beyond. A key element in maintaining trust is our regular, accurate, comprehensive and fully transparent reporting, together with a culture of continuous effort and commitment.

Strategic and business-minded approach. As highly experienced real estate practitioners, Iberia Capital’s preliminary goal is to identify our business partner’s needs together with all viable operational options, before advising and implementing a strategy to fulfil those needs. We like turn-around arrangements and, especially, any “win-win” situation.

Recent transactions have placed particular emphasis on distressed capital structures, turn-around arrangements, and generally any “win-win” situation. In other words, we always aim to deliver “Total Real Estate Solutions”.

Our investment guideline is based on making only direct acquisitions, preferably off-market while ensuring that we will monitor any subsequent management procedures to guarantee that they are always strictly independent and free from third-party interests.
