In fact, our entire team has previously been part of each of the companies that interact with investment managers (real estate funds and private equity structures, construction companies, project management companies, real estate consultancy and brokerage, financial information, etc.), and it is this accumulated experience of several decades that allows us at Iberia Capital to have complete internal control over any investment procedure.

Our investment guideline is based on making only direct acquisitions, preferably off-market while ensuring that we will monitor any subsequent management procedures to guarantee that they are always strictly independent and free from third-party interests.
